Text Box:   ATC's or Artist Trading Cards are miniature works of art created on 2 1/2" by 3 1/2" card stock. They are original, small editions and  most importantly self produced. The idea is that you trade them with other people who make ATC's, either on swaps, live trading sessions. They can be made in a series or made signally for  a one to one swap. Any and all materials and techniques are permitted, sometimes swaps with have themes or guidelines. They can be collaged, digital works, pencil, pen, etc. There is only one rule - the cards need to be 2 1/2" by 3 1/2" on a sturdy cardstock type material. On the back, you sign and date the cards. If they are part of a series, you should number them as well. There are numerous groups that swap on line and there are several ATC yahoo groups. Some local craft, scrap booking and art supply stores host live swaps.
